| Thank you for your cooperation not to smoke
anywhere inside the house, Tokyo Ryokan is
a non-smoking home. |

|
| Office opens 08:00am-21:00, we are happy
to assist your sightseeing and shopping in
Tokyo as well as inside Japan. |
|
| We are happy to keep your luggage while you
travel around Japan (until your second stay
at Tokyo Ryokan), in which case, we would
like to kindly ask you to pay the second
stay room charge before you leave. |
|
|
| Common Room |
|
| If you brought any food and/or drink, please
enjoy in common space. Please note that drinking
and eating is not allowed in your tatami
mat room. Some books and travel guides are
available, too. |

|
| Internet |
|
| Internet available at 100yen every 20
minutes during office hours (08:00am-21:00).
You may bring your own computer to connect
to our speed dedicated LAN (at same rate). |

|
| Guest Rooms |
|
| We have only three Japanese style rooms,
all laid out with tatami floor. |
|
| Each guest is provided with one futon set
(sleeping mat, blankets, pillow and sheets). |
|
| Each room is heated in winter, cooled in
summer. There is no extra cost for the air-conditioning. |
|
| You are most welcome to stay in the house
during daytime, too (there is no lock-out
period if you stay two or more consecutive
nights). |
|
| There is no attached shower nor toilet in
each room. Please share one communal shower
and two communal toilets with other guests
(maximum three rooms). All facilities are
clean and tidy with our best effort. |

|
| Amenities |
|
| Very sorry, we do not provide towel, bathrobe,
tooth brush, tooth paste, soap, shampoo.
Therefore, it is advisable to bring your
own gear, please. There is only one hair-dryer
available at our office. No worry for basic
night, please, since there is a pillow and
sleeping facilities with sheet provided. |

| Essential toiletries can be purchased at
nearby convenience store 24 hours a day,
or at 100yen shop (day-time only). |
|
| 200yen for towel rent per your stay regardless
the number of nights. |
